This Privacy Policy explains how Vinaka Apps (“we”, “us”, “our”) processes data when you use the Invoice Custom Fields app (the “App”). Contact: support@vinaka-apps.com

2. Scope

This policy applies to data processed through:
  • the Stripe app UI,
  • backend API endpoints used by the app,
  • Stripe webhook processing.

3. Data categories we process

Tenant configuration data

  • Stripe account ID,
  • sandbox/live indicator,
  • field mapping rules,
  • app enabled/disabled state,
  • billing linkage fields (customer/subscription status references).

Activity log data

  • Invoice ID,
  • action performed (auto-fill, finalize),
  • actor type (webhook, dashboard user),
  • sync status and technical error detail,
  • timestamps.

Invoice data (read-only from Stripe)

  • Invoice metadata,
  • customer metadata,
  • Checkout session custom fields,
  • invoice custom fields (current state).
This data is read from Stripe at the time of sync and is not stored permanently.

4. Data usage purposes

We process data to:
  • configure and run invoice custom field mapping,
  • prevent duplicate processing via idempotency,
  • expose validation and sync status in Stripe,
  • enforce billing/subscription rules,
  • secure and monitor the service.

5. Data sharing

We share data only with required service providers, including:
  • Stripe,
  • hosting/database infrastructure providers.
We do not sell personal data.

6. Retention

We keep operational records only as long as needed for service operation, reliability, support, and legal/accounting obligations. Deletion requests can be sent to support@vinaka-apps.com.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data in transit and at rest. No system can guarantee absolute security.
