Open the Stripe billing portal.
Sandbox vs production
- Sandbox/testing: subscription is not required. The app can be used freely.
- Production/live: active subscription is required before the app can be enabled.
What happens when my subscription ends?
When your subscription is cancelled or expires:- The app is automatically disabled for your account.
- No invoice custom fields are synced until the subscription is renewed.
- Your configuration and field mapping rules are preserved.
- To resume, renew your subscription and re-enable the app in settings.
